Hey Rick
I have never seen so many lights. This display is way better than the Hershey Sweet Light I told you about last night. Question: What is the story behind the black cat? Our display is one of the best on our stree. Six million lights is amazing. Seeing them dancing is awsome. I’d love to see them in person. Mabye some year.

Hey Nicklas,
Sara is exactly right, (see comment below) the story goes when the decorations got shipped from the Osbournes to Disney the black cat got mixed in with them and each year the imagineers “hide” it in a different place

a few years back I took the Yultide Tour and they told the story of the Black Cat. It’s from the Halloween display the Osborn had. It got in with the Christmas lights when it went to Disney. Each year it is in a diffirent place.

Thanks for leaving your comments Sara! You’re exactly right, thats the way I heard the story of the black cat too, it’s become kind of a game the imagineers that each year they hide the black cat in a new location!

I love the new and improved canopy. Video does not really do this display justice, you have to see it in person to believe it.

Glad they added the cat, Christmas without a cat isn’t as fun….unless maybe you are a mouse. I am sure Mickey and Minnie love it too.
