As we’ve been saying, there’s never been a better time to take a Disney Cruise! Let Kingdom Magic Vacations plan a magical cruise for your family today to one of these exciting destinations!
A Disney Cruise vacation is already a magical experience but when you sprinkle a little holiday cheer the result is a wonderland like no other at sea. So whether you’ve been “nautical” or nice, Disney Cruise Line brings you a magical sleigh brimming with holiday fun for everyone.
From the moment you arrive at Disney Cruise Line’s private terminal in Port Canaveral they’ll feel the spirit of the season with special decorations all around. And you’ll probably get a holiday welcome from a special friend. And all that is just the beginning.
Special decorations abound aboard Disney Magic, Disney Wonder and the Disney Dream. From the dining rooms to the youth activity spaces, all three ships have been showered with holiday spirit. The highlight is a beautiful tree that greets you as you enter the cruise ship. The tree towers over the atrium lobby spanning the height of almost three decks.
You’ll delight in Disney’s Cruise Line’s special holiday events from stem to stern. Deck the Deck invites everyone to join in with the Disney characters for a special holiday deck party with a tropical twist. Guests will enjoy tons of fun, food, games and, of course, yuletide cheer. There are plenty of opportunities for families to gather for holiday themed activities. You’ll also get a chance to learn about diverse yuletide traditions as holiday storytellers share tales of Kwanzaa, Hanukkah and an all new story just about the magical feeling of the holidays on the ship. You’ll also be invited to join Mickey and Minnie Mouse as they light up the holidays during King Triton’s Tree Lighting Decree.
Special holiday menus are offered on certain voyages so guests can indulge themselves at the various restaurants on the ships. And when your cruise visits Castaway Cay, Disney’s private island in the Bahamas, the holiday festivities take on an island tropical feeling. The island becomes a winter wonderland with decked out trees, a reindeer tram, holiday themed Disney character meet and greets and even snow flurries right in the middle of the Caribbean.
And what better way to cap the holiday cheer onboard Disney Cruise Line than with a special holiday edition of Disney Cruise Line’s cheerful farewell. On the final night of each cruise beloved Disney characters come together for a farewell celebration with a special holiday finale.
Please enjoy the photo gallery of to see all of the festivities that Disney Cruise Line has to offer during the holiday season and be sure to watch the video of how the Disney Dream was decorated for its first Christmas.
