This week I visit the Thirsty Pig in Portland Maine. I sit down with Executive Chef Matt who tells us all about how the Thirsty Pig create awesome house-made sausages with the best Maine beer they can find!
We sample some Buffalo Chicken Dip, Thai Chili Sausage and a Spicy Italian Sausage, even a Blueberry Sausage. These tasty treats were amazing! I’ve never seen creations like these anywhere, truly unique!
