Epcot’s International Food & Wine Festival begins next Thursday, September 14. A couple of years ago we did a fun video about how we “train” or get ready for the Food & Wine Festival. Obviously 31 days of videos and trying everything at every marketplace is hard work and I couldn’t do it alone. As most of you know I have help from the “usual suspects” sampling the marketplaces. But in this video we take you behind the scenes and show you how we prepare before food & wine, and I have help there also from good friend John Donahue and Rhino Ken.
