The Chew Collective – Day 2 of Epcot’s Food & Wine Festival 2016

Today we are at the Chew Collective. This is an awesome marketplace featuring a vegetarian Ravioli with a rustic tomato sauce and a grilled beef skewer with romaine, apricots and feta cheese paired with the festival chardonnay and the festival cabernet with the beef skewer. My good friend Marc Bigbie stopped by to help me describe the great food and wine from this market place that is actually just outside World Showcase, on the edge of Future World at Epcot.
