Today we are at the Islands of the Caribbean marketplace. This marketplace features a Jamaican Beef Patty, Mojo Pork and a Seared Grouper. My good friend Marc Bigbie stops by to help me tell you about the offerings from this market place located in Showcase Plaza at Epcot.

  • Pescado con Coco: Seared Grouper, Pigeon Peas and Rice with Coconut Sauce
