Today we are at the Canada marketplace. This marketplace features a Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup and a wild mushroom beef filet mignon. My good friend Rhino Ken joins me to tell you about the food and beverages from this marketplace located near the Canada pavilion in World Showcase.

Behind the Scenes Notes:

We don’t always film the marketplaces in order of appearance. This year we filmed Farm Fresh first because it was the only day Leslie could be there and is was day 10. The Canada marketplace was filmed in order though, it was the last booth, the last day we filmed, it was also the 10th booth we filmed that day, I did 5 in the morning with Marc and 5 in the afternoon / evening with Ken. It was getting late and a little dark by the time we got to Canada. The pictures of the food came dark, even the video was dark.  I actually went back to Canada one day later in the festival and ordered the steak, the soup and the wine just so I could get some better photos! That’s quality control on Travel with Rick!
