Wow! Awesome Rick, loved the video.
Haven’t stayed in a Disney one with a balcony view before, but the Contemporary and Animal Kingdom views look the best. Great video as always, thanks! 😀

Hi Rick,
This one bedroom villa looks very nice and thank you for giving us a nice walk through video.
My favorite balcony view would be the Grand Floridian. Viewing the castle, the beautiful rose gardens, the cast members walking down the path in rainbow colored clothing using umbrellas is quite a sight! Seeing the momorail going past and hearing the Disney trains starting up are wonderful memories.

hello there,
I have loved disney every time I went, but my favorite one bedroom balcony view was the Animal Kingdom Lodge with all of the animals. My family and I had a wonderful time watching the animals. We saw a type of wildbeast, giraffe, and every once in a while a zebra. My stay was awesome!!

Great video Rick!
I may need to look into staying at this place. We Love the boardwalk and having easy access to EPCOT, which is our favorite park, would be iceing on the cake. Our favorite balcony view has always been the Bay Lake view from the Tower rooms at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. I also like the Magic Kingdom view but you see more parking lot than anything else. From the Bay Lake side you see the boats and the people parasailing, and the pools and also have a great view of the Electrical water pageant. Only 69 days until our next Disney World vacation! Yayyyy!

I love watching Illuminations for the balcony of Caribbean Beach Resort. The show is still pretty awesome from there and if you listen hard enough you can hear the sound track too.
The Boardwalk is one of my some-day-I’ll-go places. Thanks for the view of the one bedroom. It’s very roomy. I love the washer/dryer, because I always end up doing laundry on a two week trip, and having it right there would be so great.

For evenings I love the Beach Club with a view of Epcot to watch Illuminations. For mornings I love Old Key West, can’t beat the size and feel you get at Old Key West.

Hey Rick,
It is always nice to see the different resorts and what they look like on the inside. As for my favorite balcony view–I haven’t stayed in one yet. But the first time I do stay at a Disney Resort with a balcony view I would like to stay at the Animal Kingdom Lodge with a Savannah View. With only the animals to look at you you can sit on the balcony in your shorts and not worry about how you look or who is looking at you. Each Disney resort is so unique. It would be fun to stay at each one.
Rick, every week I look forward to seeing your video. Thanks for giving me something to look forward to and to hope for.

Hey Rick…
My balcony is the BLT MK view…you can’t beat going to bed and waking up with the castle as your night light!!!
Keep on rocking!

Always wear everyone out at the parks, so really would not appreciate the balcony views to their fullest. If we ever taper off I think the Savannah view would be my choice.

Hey Rick,
Love watching your videos and seeing other places at Disney that we don’t normally see on our vacations.
Our favorite balcony would have to be at Animal Kingdom and getting out there and watching the animals close up. Just love early morning as the animals are wondering around.
Keep up the great work.
Thanks again.

I’m with you Rick. The Boardwalk view at the Boardwalk Villas is far and away my favorite. Between watching the people below, the boats chugging around, and Spaceship Earth looming in the background….what can beat it???
I also love the themed music that drifts up to the balcony.
As a DVC member, I love all of the balconies I’ve had. They all have their own charm.
The AKL’s relaxing savanna, the Wilderness Lodge’s peaceful forest,Old Key West’s tropical greenery. Heaven!! It’s a major reason I keep going back to WDW.

Has to be with out a doubt, ANIMAL KINGDOM LODGE. Awesome, Awesome, Awesome views.

Thanks for the video Rick. I enjoy seeing the different resorts. My husband and I will be staying at the Boardwalk for one night in October for the Food and Wine Festival. The rest of our nights are at Bay Lake.
My favorite view from a balcony is the Contemporary. My girls and I love watching the castle change colors in the evening and the fireworks, as well. You can see Space Mountain, too.
We have had rooms on the other side as well and it is nice to see the lake and watch the water light show with the boats.
Looking forward to your next video.

Hi Rick,
I also love the Boardwalk and enjoy the view of the waterway to Hollywood Studios. Just returned from Bay Lake and morning coffee was enjoyable while watching the watercraft arriving getting ready for the day. Kidani Village this spring gave us wonderful views of the animals. SO….it is hard for me to decide on a favorite balcony view. I guess it is best wherever I am at the moment!!

My favorite Balcony is Saratoga Springs, either Congress Park facing Downtown Disney or the Grandstand facing the golf course and Treehouse Villas.
We also like BLT MK view. We sleep with the drapes open and fall asleep to the beautiful colors of the MK.
Can’t wait until the next video!

I sorry I am late. Hey Rick.
Great video. The view form the balconey was preatty neat. I haven’t stayed at much balconey rooms at Walt Disney World. The only one I stayed at is at the Wilderness Lodge. I did like seeing the landscaping and the pool. That was balconey room.
