Hello Rick,
I was wondering if you knew the recipe, or someone who does know the recipe for the Linguica Sausage with Onions, Peppers, and Olives from Portugal. My Parent were just in Epcot and tried it but the cook book they bought did not include it. Needless to say, they loved the dish and wished to share it with us. If you do know or can find some one who does that would be great.
