Tapioca a dish made from rice mixed with water or milk and sometimes other ingredients
I believe the little balls that John referenced are rice but I’m not sure, at least that’s what my mom always told me. TFS

  2. Chiming in to petition for the Mongolian Beef. You must try it! Beef was good. Sauce, flavorful. Loved the contrasting crunch of the crispy friend noodles on top and the bun is traditional and adds an oh so slight sweetness to the dish. You have to give it a go with the Guava drink. Perfect pairing! =D

    Hey Rick and John,

About Tapioca: Tapioca is native to Brazil and has spread throughout the Americas and the world. Tapioca is a starch extracted from the Cassava root and is most commonly processed into the shape of little pearls.

I love Tapioca. I like to make it from scratch (the recipie on the box), add a little white chocolate as soon as you take the pudding off the stove and top it with fresh or canned fruit.

    See you tomorrow,

    Bob
