Great video. Question: Was the sweetness of the roll and the pineapple offsetting any spice in the pork? If not, that seems like too much sweet in a pork slider.

    Hey Rick and Amanda,

The food looks great! I wish I could go to the Food And Wine Festival every day. Being single–when I cook a main dish it takes forever to get it eaten. Sometimes I’m so tired of eating it I don’t even want to look at it. Watching the video today I thought to myself how nice it would be to eat something different everyday instead of eating the same thing day after day.

Thanks you guys, it really it refreshing to see such a variety of foods.

    See you tomorrow.

    Bob
