Great video. Question: Was the sweetness of the roll and the pineapple offsetting any spice in the pork? If not, that seems like too much sweet in a pork slider.

I love that you can hear the horn from the friendship boat in the background. Really makes you “feel” like your there 🙂

Hey Rick and Amanda,
The food looks great! I wish I could go to the Food And Wine Festival every day. Being single–when I cook a main dish it takes forever to get it eaten. Sometimes I’m so tired of eating it I don’t even want to look at it. Watching the video today I thought to myself how nice it would be to eat something different everyday instead of eating the same thing day after day.
Thanks you guys, it really it refreshing to see such a variety of foods.
See you tomorrow.

I love pineapple! I’d love to try anything with pineapple in it. Is it lunch time yet? This is making me hungry.
