Hey Penny! The Tzatziki Sauce is a creamy sauce usually made of greek yogurt, dill and cucumber, don’t have the exact recipe for this one here, but it was pretty much like any greek gyro sauce you’ll see.

Greece food looking good. Didn’t see the dessert options and was wondering if you are going to do an episode on F@W desserts? Hopefully they had Baklava!

Hey Dwayne,
Actually not doing a dessert only episode this year, what we’re doing is hitting every booth and trying basically everything they have, food and desserts. Greece didn’t have a dessert this year, they had yogurt and cheese, we stayed away from both of those do to the heat and it was our last booth of the day!
Thanks for watching!

What you two are eating remind me of the Gyros we get up here in new York. Yum. In fact I have the makings of Gyros in the fridge for dinner. Now if only I had some of that wine.
I can’t wait to see the rest of the festival.

Hey Peggy,
The chicken slovaki was much like a gyro, same sauce, same pita, just chicken instead of the lamb that you would get with a gyro.
Thanks for watching!

Penny….The Tzatziki Sauce consists maily of greek yogurt, dill and cucumber
Dwayne…No baklava there this year. They have Greek Yogurt Cups and Griddled Greek Cheese with Pistachios and Honey. The baklava is available at the morocco booth this year though and check out Day 5 for our review of the Desserts and Champagne Booth. Thanks for watching!
