Another great episode, Rick and Amanda. The tacos sound amazing and the sangria and tequila drinks are a must do for us. A big shout out to John behind the camera. Great job! I hope the generous grant from KMV provides him some food and wine, too. We’ll hopefully see you soon. The festival is the BEST time of year at Epcot! Jo and John

I LOVE the videos with Amanda! You two are terrific together. Whoo Hoo to John – you are awesome too! The Mexican food looked great and I wish I could have that Sangria right now! Sangria is one of my favorite drinks.
Thanks for a terrific review of Mexico,
Jeanne

Hey Rick, Amanda, and John,
The food sure looks good. I will be right over. I would rate everything a 5! Did the Rice Pudding have a hint of almond in it? Just wondering. Mexican Hot Chocolate has almond and cinnamon in it.
See you tomorrow,
Bob

Giving the beef top marks it must be good.

Didn’t detect any almond…but wasn’t looking for it.
Does this mean I need to sample it again? (say yes)
