  1. This year I did Kitchen Memories with Robert Irvine. I highly recommend doing these session with the great chefs. I have to say not all are as dynamic as Robert but still you can learn something and eat some good food at the same time.

I also tried the Via Napoli Beer & Food spring and that was great as well.

    Hey Rick.
I am intrested the squid salad that you tried. I had squid before. At the Rainforest Cafe at Downtown Disney, my dad had a dish with squid. I was the only on out my family brave enough to try it. I loved it. Now I hope to try more. Do you think you can film the holiday wishes show at the Magic Kingdom? See you next week.

    Hey Nicklas,

The squid was awesome! I love calamari (squid) in all forms, especially Italian style, battered and fried…can’t get enough!

We’ll definitely be bringing holiday wishes to the 25 Days of Christmas, stay with us all December long, well up until Christmas Day anyway!

Hey Rick, Amanda, Lou, and Andrew,

Once again I enjoyed the video. The looked interesting and tasty. But most of all I enjoyed the company of friends. As I watched the video I thought to myself–wouldn’t it be great to go to Disney World, not be in a rush to see everything, casually bump into friends and acquaintances, and enjoy spending the day with them. I hope someday I can do that.

October is my favorite time of the year to come to WDW. I love Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Pary. I think I would like to come to the Food And Wine Festival for the entire six weeks. Not just for the food but also for all of the special events that are going on during that time.

    See you next week.

I would also love to be able to drop in to my favorite “park” and just relax. My trips are so infrequent lately that I have to mad dasj through everything.
I haven’t made it to the Food and Wine festival, so I haven’t done any of those things. And to think, I was one of the focus group suggesting this very thing. Oh well. When I do get to go back to WDW it will be during this time. Maybe next year.
Save a spot for me at those tiny tables. 🙂

Awesome Rick, Amanda, Andrew and Lou!
I listened to Lou’s latest podcast today and was surprised to see him, that was so cool! All the food looked fantastic. I’ve only been to one F&WF and did not attend any extra events, maybe next time! Y’all keep up the great work, so nice to sit here at work and get a little Disney magic thrown my way by such enthusiastic hosts, it’s been a magical Monday, I’m thankful! Y’all keep those smiles on!
