Hey Rick and Amanda! You two work so well with each other! The food looked great and it was nice to hear the music of EPCOT in the background too. I would love to see you cover the Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. I am hoping our next trip will be during the holiday season and would love to get a peek of the party.
    Thanks for another great video!

HI Rick and Amanda!!! Rick you do AMAZING travels each week but,,, I have to say that this one with Amanda was a pure DELIGHT!!! The two of you just worked (or should I say played lol) so well together!!!
What a GREAT time I had with you at EPCOT today-(almost like being there)—and YUM YUM YUM on your food picks…

I just got back from the FOOD AND WINE Festival, and I am going back next week, and I am looking forward to trying the Lamb Slider,,I have had the others you featured except for the Sea food (allergic),,but I was holding off on the LAMB–but NOT now —going for it!!!!

My fav, is the Canada Soup though,a MUST have each year–well three of for time (lol) and you know it has to be GREAT, if you are wanting it in our record breaking HOT weather.

Amanda the little tables inside the gift shop has been a GET away of mine for years—-Rick you will go back there often now for a quick cooling off I am sure–just a nice area

Thanks again for a GREAT tour, and PLEASE PLEASE do more together!! Maybe a RIDE on the BALLOON over at Downtown Disney?? Gotta LOVE that!!

PEACE LOVE AND ºoº MICKEY MOUSE ºoº

Great video! I just love the Food and Wine Festival! I would like it if you would do a video of the holiday decorations at the different resorts.

What a chemistry between you too! I am really enjoying all the videos, as I am headed there next summer. Would like to see the Halloween Party/decorations covered as I’ve never been down there at this time of the year. Thanks, again!

Great video guys. You have really good chemistry. My next trip down starts on 11/18 so I will miss Food and Wine this time around. There’s always next year.

I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed this. As Amanda knows, I was a college program cast member at Epcot in 2002, and seeing the park with you two in this video, and hearing the music, nearly made me tear up!

I would love to see you two work together again. Maybe you could do a Hidden Mickey series, or a secrets about the World series together.

The husband and I are seriously considering season passes for 2010, even though we live in NJ. It’s just getting too hard to stay away!

Hey Rick and Amanda! Great job! I love that you guys stopped by the places you were talking about – I’ve never been to the food & wine festival so it totally felt like I got to be there along side you two! If anyone can answer this (if they know) – do they serve the food at food and wine during the regular year too, like, as a regular dish in the restaurants? Some of the treats you showed looked so yummy and i’d love to try it when i go down in December, but i’m not sure if these dishes are just made for F&W or they’re real dishes made into semi-sample sizes.

    Keep up the awesome work!

So sorry we missed the festival this year…especially love the food! Great video…you guys mesh great! What I would love to see would be a video on how the hotels/WDW decorate for Christmas…although I have seen it in person, I never tire of seeing it! Thanks!

Great segment. It is nice to see the food and venues vs just reading them on blogs or hearing about them on podcasts. Of course it makes me wish I could go that much more! Keep up the good work guys and thanks for turning me onto Amanda’s website.

    Hello Rick,

I enjoyed watching this video-blog with Amanda Tinney. I would love for you to invite her back for more episodes. I think she is great and I really enjoy her website disneyeveryday.com and also being her facebook friend. I would like to ask if you guys could cover something with the Character meet and greets. I have a 1 1/2 year old daughter and would love to know which Character meet and greets have the shortest wait periods (she isn’t very patient).

Thanks so much for the episode, Happy filming!

First of all you two just mesh so well. You made eating food entertaining. A show that I would like to see is what Magic Kingdom is like on Christmas Day! I hear the horror it can be but have never seen it. If either one of goes or has previously went on Christmas Day and has photos or video that would be great. Keep the videos coming and the web pages updated.

  15. Great job Rick and Amanda. I haven’t been to Food and Wine, but hope to when our kids are older. Today’s episode was fun and a terrific opportunity to see even more about the food available and the additional countries we can learn about.

I don’t know if I could top the suggestion about the Very Merry Christmas Party because my family loved it when we went two years ago and it would be fun to see Amanda’s reaction.
    Keep up the good work

Thanks Rick and Amanda. I can’t wait to get to the Food and Wine festival at Halloween. There are so many things I want to try–it all looks yummy.

I would love for the two of you to cover the special parties like Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party (my absolute favorite!) and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.

Amanda, I love DisneyEveryDay.com. Thanks for being my friend on Facebook!!

Absolutely loved the video today – especially with Amanda – you two mesh well together! The food looks amazing – wish I could make it this year!

I’d love to see Amanda back with an episode about out of the way places Disney has – such as the AC Spot you finished up in today. I have a couple we enjoy each time we are there. Most people who don’t visit WDW frequently don’t realize how much there is to do that doesn’t involve rides – those are great too, but WDW is more then just rides.

I’d also like to see Ken back visiting the World Showcase and pointing out the different types of wines available at other times of the year.

Kep up the awesome job! You & Amanda have the most incredible jobs – wish I could convince Hubby to move closer to WDW – I’d be right there with you!

    Hi Rick…

I thought you and Amanda did a great job…I’d love to see you do more videos with her!

I have an idea for your show. I know you’ve been to all of the DVC resorts, but what I’d like to see is a segment that shows you the difference of what you can get at each DVC resort with a set amount of points. For instance, my husband and I just bought 100 points (at Old Key West)…we go to WDW every other year, so we’ll have 200 points to work with. I’d love to know what our 200 points will get us at each resort.

    Keep up the great work…thanks!

I like Amanda and Ken, and I’d like to see them again, but I prefer ride and or attraction videos, so if you can all hop on a ride after having some food and wine I’d love to see that. Or better still, I’d love to see you guys involved in one of the Epcot “shows” outside of some of the pavillions.
I’m friending both Amanda and Ken on Twitter. 🙂

Love all of your guests and REALLY like Amanda-you two work well together! This is the first year in a long time that we will not be able to come down during Food & Wine. Makes me want to book a trip for next year for sure.

I would love to see something about the Disney Fairy Tale Weddings. I was married at Disney World in December of 2003 and I would like to see some of the changes that have been made since that time as far as weddings and vow renewals go. My husband and I would love to do a vow renewal at Disney World on our 10 year anniversary.

I also would love to see something on the Very Merry Christmas Party which we love to attend!

Keep up the great work! I have joined Amanda’s Facebook page and subscribed to her blog as well as belonging to yours. I enjoy my lunch time entertainment from you and I hope to run into you in the parks!

Thanks for all the info on the Wine & Food Festival. I’ll definitely get down next year. Do you know where I get sign up for an event announcement email list?

Love the two of you to do a Backstage tour. I’m a model railroad enthusiast and would like you to film the “Magic Behind Our Steam Trains” 2 hour tour at the Magic Kingdom. With Walt having had his own backyard railroad, I bet there will be many stories you’ll hear about the development of the MK Railroad system, roundhouse and refurbishing of the three steam locomotives.

    Keep up the great work!

    Thanks… dave

Super job, you two work great together! Food & Wine Festival info was great, we leave on October 29th, can’t wait to make my way around the world. I’d love more info on Space Mountain, when it opens, what’s new and how they made the changes.

Hope to see you two again!

Hey Rick and Amanda, That was a really great video. I would really like to see you both do another one. Before I watched this video today I was thinking that I would like Rick to do a video of the water parks. I guess that is one Rick that you will have to do by yourself or with your family or a male friend. But for you and Amanda, how about Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party.

Amanda, I am heading over to your web site right now.

    Thanks to you both.

Great show Rick. Amanda and you make a great team! Both of your personalities really shine through. My wife and I were just at The Food and Wine festival and you are right about the heat! After just a couple of food samples I was ready to get back to my resort for a nap. The Heat and humity kicked my patootie! I would like to see you and Amanda do a show at Disney’s Hollywood studios and ride together on the Toy Story ride. You could talk in the queue area and then compete against each other on the ride, and whoever gets the lowest score pays for lunch/dinner.
Thanks again for another great video Rick.

Thanks for the video. You and Amanda make a great team and would LOVE to see more from the two of you touring the parks. I signed up for her weekly blog and look forward to what she says. I already learned something new about the free soda at Epcot. I have passed the Kool Spot countless times and never entered. That is awesome information!
I would love to know more “inside” secrets like that. Although I have been to WDW over 7 times in 5 years I did not know what the Kool Spot is!! I have 4 kids touring WDW with me so I am limited in how much I can get to see. But I would love to have some information like that I may not be able to find without detective work to make it that much more special for my girls on our next trip.
Also,I wanted to thank you for the Food and Wine coverage. I am hoping I can get a 4 day weekend with the hubby alone next year at WDW then we an take the girls back for our Christmas adventure.
Thanks for all the hard work!

My wife has me watching each of your video episodes. I have to admit its very informative and entertaining. Thanks! I think I will have to come to the food and wine festival next year. Hope to see yall there. When you are in Australia do they have Molly Dooker wine? Its my favorite! Also If you could mention the wine you tasted in south Africa that would be great.
Thanks, keep up the good work.
