So excited for the 200th show! Love the Lion King show at Animal Kingdom, and hope we make it out to see it again soon. This question of the week is a trick one because I love all of your videos but I would have to say that my favorite is the 25 days of Christmas! Yes I know it’s not just one – but the whole series of videos really puts me in the Christmas mood!

WOW! just amazing! I have only ever seen Pocahontas performed live and that was at Disneyland back in ’94 but I carry the memories with me almost 20 years later…Disney is the best thing out there for kids and grown-ups alike and it is amazing what they come out with! Here’s to my families forst Disneyworld vacation next spring!!!

“The best pools at Walt Disney World” episode 173 is my favorite, but I like all of the food videos too. I’m Not a big fan of Disney’s live shows, but my kids like Festival of The Lion King. My favorite shows are at Universal Studios. The Horror makeup show and Beetlejuice come to mind and even Animal actors. I still love Disney more over all. Congradulations on 200th episode!!

Hey Rick
Okay hands down my favorite episode is the one when Lou Mongello tour and talks about the role the Magic Kingdom building play. Sadly I won’t be able to see the live streaming as I don’t know how it works and I have to work at Hersheypark on Sunday. But, I will see you on Friday April 12. By the way I love the Festival of the Lion King. It is the best show in Animal Kingdom.

Congrats on 200 with many more great ones to come. I have only been watching for a while but loved the one on the Disney Fantasy ship. Lots of great insight about the ship. We will be going on board at Christmas time.
Thanks again for all your wonderful work from you and your staff.
Cheers to many more;

I think my favorite episode would have to be the one where Rick and Andrew were in the restaurant and the servers started giving Andrew a hard time.It was pretty hilarious. The food and wine episodes are awesome too.
Congrats on 200 episodes Rick. That really is a great accomplishment and something to celebrate.Take care guys.See ya next week. 🙂

Watching the Festival of the Lion King on this weeks TWR reminded me just how good this show is! Broadway quality and very high energy! A must do when visiting the Animal Kingdom! Looking forward to the Big 200th show this Sunday!
My favorite episode was the California Screamin episode! You were able to give the viewers a first hand experience of what it’s like to ride the attraction! This is great for a chicken like myself who would never actually ride it! Other favorite episodes of mine are the Food & Wine and this years Flower & Garden shows! Love the food commentary and honest reviews! You can never go wrong with food shows! Keep them coming!!!
Question for all the guests on the 200th show: Being locals living so close to WDW, how many days throughout the year do you spend either in a Park or on Disney property? Thanks Dennis!

Hey Rick,
Thanks for showing The Festival Of The Lion King. Watching it brought back memories of my first visit to Disney World in 2004. On my first day at WDW I went to the Animal Kingdom park. At the end of the day I saw Festival Of The Lion King. It was wonderful! The sights, sounds, colorful costumes, singing, dancing, and acrobatics–they overwhelmed me and tears came to my eyes. Having suffered an abusive childhood I think the little boy inside of me went into hiding. But on that day watching this wonderful performance the little boy came out of hiding and he,(I)got to enjoy the experience just like a child would. I think adults and children get to experience a lot of healing when they can go to a place like Disney World.
My favorite episode: All of them. Having said that the one that comes to my mind is the day that you and Andrew spent on the island of Kauai. It is on my bucket list and I want to take the same day trip on the island of Kauai that you and Andrew took.
See you on Sunday.

Hey Rick,
Thanks for sharing the live show of the Lion King. I haven’t seen it since the fall of 1998. It is one of the things I remember the most. (That was the last time I have visited Walt Disney World) I would love to be able to go down there and visit all of the parks again.
Congrats On your 200th show.
This video isn’t loading into Itunes. At least for me. Still glad I was able to watch it.

Hey there, I think your website might be having browser
compatibility issues. When I look at your website in Safari,
it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has
some overlapping. I just wanted to give you a quick heads
up! Other then that, wonderful blog!
