I don’t know if there is one there yet, but I would think about Colorado for all the skiers and hikers and mountain/nature lovers! Thanks!

Nice tour, nice set up for rooms.
I would have a Disney resort on the Moon. Hey – if your gonna dream, dream big.

Great tour Rick. That villa is HUGE!
I’d like to see a Disney Vacation Club Resort in every country that is represented in Epcot’s World Showcase. It just makes sense to me. They want you to visit their country so why not have Disney set up a DVC resort there?
Just a thought,

loved the tour. I would do all the Disney parks. I would do them all in a month and end with a Disney cruise.

Hey I recognize this place!! It was so nice having our company meeting there this week. Everything is just so convenient there.
I would love to see a DVC open up in Australia. That is such a fascinating country to me. Since there is already an Adventure by Disney going there, they could spend a couple nights at a Disney resort too.

The Bay Lake Towers Grand Villa looks absolutely awesome! Thank you so much for showing us around.
If I could build a DVC resort anywhere, I would put it in London. It’s a favorite place to visit for my family (next to Walt Disney World, of course) and what could be better than having a little bit of Disney there, too!

Hi Rick,
Gee you could have invited all of us to this grand villa and still had room!
It’s so big and so very nice! Maybe if I win the Publisher Clearing House contest I could afford to stay there!
I would like to see a DVC in Australia too. I think this country is so interesting and my second choice would be the Netherlands and London would be great too.
Rick, it’s 40 degrees here in central PA today and we call that a heat wave!
Hopefully it has warmed up in Orlando by now.

Very nice, that villa looks like a perfect way to do Disney World! Not sure how feasible it is, but my son is always asking if we can go to Antarctica so I would build one there just to give people an alternative to all of the nice-weather beach areas. 🙂

Great Tour Rick,
DVC on Castaway Cay.

I’m sold!!! That grand villa is awesome! I love great views and that was absolutely the best view ever! I even hollered all the way across our house for my wife to see it, I said, that’s what I’m talking about, I believe we’ll be staying there soon! I would love to see a vacation club in Colorado, so much to see and do year around! No need for one here in Mississippi, so Colorado it is! We have a lot to be thankful for my friend so keep smiling!

That was very informative Rick. Thanks so much.
I have a question before I answer yours. I want very much to become a DVC member but I am curious to find out how many points would you have to use a night to get such a nice villa? I am in the process of talking my husband into purchasing the membership, so I need some numbers. :O) I am coming to Disney in 2 weeks and I am considering touring the Bay Lake Tower and get more information, as well.
Question of the week answer: I am not real clear on where all the current locations are so I may want one where one already exists…but I think a great place would be in Montana, near Yellowstone.

Wow! Talk about a room with a view. Where would I build a DVC Resort? I think I would build one in Rivendell, Middle Earth, The Hobbit. I have always thought of Rivendell as a very peacefull place to relax and unwind. Who better than Disney could build a resort to match the magical and peaceful feeling of Rivendell?
Rick, thanks for another great video. Your videos are like “OXYGEN” to me. I can’t wait for another trip to Disney World.

Great tour that place is HUGE. I have to go with what Scott wrote. A DVC at all the Countries that are represented in Epcot. Great tour Thanks Rick

Oh my Rick! You could easily sleep 10 + people in that villa! It is awesome! Money doesn’t allow me a DVC just yet, but it is on my “Bucket List”. I can see how using the “Owner’s Locker” really helps you – maybe in the future I’ll have a chance to use them also.
Hope you had a great time. I did notice some of the trees seem to have taken a hit with the recent low temps! That will really keep the grounds keepers busy for awhile.
If I could choose anywhere to build a DVC I would pick the Great Smokey Mountains! It is an absolutely beautiful area and it would be close to home for us – LOL! It would nice to have Disney that close – especially on the Townsend side of the mountains.
Keep up the great work – can’t wait to see where you take us next week.

Great work Rick! Awesome video and great tour about the villa. Contemporary was always my fav resort! I love it cuz it’s Disney and as an architect I love it even more. I would put a DVC on the Brazillian Rain Forrest…kind of an even bigger Animal Kingdon.
Sugestions for next videos…Tower of Terror and Buzz.
See you enxt week!

What a great view!! That place is bigger than a lot of houses. Thanks for showing us around Rick!
I would like to build a DVC in every state so everyone could be close to Disney.
Take care Rick & keep up the good work!

Great suggestion Dale!
Thanks for the tour Rick. Will have to put this video on my site when I post the pics of The Top of the World Lounge that you so graciously got me in to see.
Let’s see a DVC Las Vegas, Bahamas, or Key West please!

Wow! Great tour! Great views! Great TVs! =) As for DVC, I’d love for them to build some villas on Castaway Cay!
Keep up the terrific work! Can’t wait for the next!

Now Rick, why would a little cold weather stop you from filming the pool, lol! Can you believe it was colder in Fla then Canada? yikes. So glad it’s going to warm up by the time I arrive in a couple of days!
The BLT Grand Villa looks awsome, even though I have to admit CR theming doesn’t appeal to me. Amazing windows and view, wow!
2 days and we’ll be in WDW! So excited.
Oh, if I could put a VC anywhere in the world, it would be ummmmm, so many places, but Tahiti would be nice. Or Vancouver Island on the west coast.
[Reply]
One word WOW! I just want to know how you would enjoy the parks, I would never want to leave the Villa.
I have to agree with Kevin, I would love to see Disney put some sort of resort or DVC on Castaway Cay. A cruise and Castaway Cay land package I believe would be a huge seller.
By the way Rick, for us folks up and around Michigan, 42 is t shirt and shorts weather.
Enjoy those fireworks!

Great video Rick! You look so excited while showing it! We stayed at the tower in August and just dreamed about seeing the Bay Lake rooms so it was nice to see the best with you. I would like to see a DVC up in the north somewhere. The Great Lakes or maybe the East coast? I’m not sure how profitable it would be but it would be nice to have something close by.
Thanks again and yes we here in Ohio also think the 40’s is a nice warm day too but I am really sorry it is so cold for you and all the other vacationers.

Awesome work Rick! That Villa is huge! As a Disney fanatic I always loved the Contemporary and as an architect I love it even more! But that aside, great work…please dont stop doing it!
About the question of the week…easy..I would build a DVC Resort in the Brazillian Rain Forrest (Amazon).
Thanks for all the vids,

Great video and inspiration to buy DVC. Maybe you should do the DVC sales commercials.
If I got to pick, probably Fiji in an underwater villa where you can see the sea life up close.
Thanks again for the great video.

How about……..Eastanollee,Ga.?? Great tour! MK

And this is why I moved to FL . . . so that when you film fantastic destinations like a Grand Villa and BLT, I’m completely available to tag along. LOL!
I would absolutely put a DVC in Venice! No doubt about it.
