Behind the Scenes Notes:
When my friend Lisa Wilk from Taste Cook Sip and I filmed this episode it was close to 100 degrees out. Also, we were having problems with our camera, we started the video two times and got about five or six minutes into it. On the third try, we only had a few sips of wine left and most of the duck confit and polenta was gone. But we were pros and continued to talk about the dish as though it was the first time we tasted it!
