Great show Rick!
My wife and I Love looking for hidden Mickey’s in all the parks. We havn’t purchased any of the the books yet because we enjoy finding them on our own, but I’m getting to the point where I may need help soon so the hidden Mickey books are definitely in our future. My favorite Hidden Mickey was one I discovered on our last trip to EPCOT. I was at The Japan Pavillion and I wandered over to the Koi pond to look at the fish. As I gazed down at the Koi, one of them swam close to me, probably hoping I’d feed him. I bent down closer and I saw a metal drain. The drain had a Mickey built right into it. I had t call my wife over to look at it so she would believe it was really there. Those Disney Imagineers really know how to put a little extra zip into every vacation for us!

As always great video. I bought Steve’s book before our last trip to WDW so my son and I could search in all the places we visited. Had a blast searching for them. Thanks again

Hi Rick and Steve,
Steve it was so nice to meet you in Dec. at Rosie’s Cafe and I never seem to find any Hidden Mickey’s on my own so I rely on you to tell us where you can find these.
I’m a retired k teacher and I had one student who loved the I Spy books so
on his first Disney trip when he was in third grade I told him about the Hidden Mickey’s and he was so excited to find these. He bought your book and his mom said he was busy the entire vacation.

Great video Rick and Steve. I love looking for hidden Mickeys. Our favorite as a family is the rope one on Test Track which shows up in the Photo.

Great show Rick and Steve!
I got really excited when I saw the show being taped in the Carolwood Pacific Room. That little corner of the Wilderness Lodge Villas is my favorite relaxing spot in the whole of Disney World.
I also love that little 3D hidden mickey looking out from the log in there.
It was Magic when I found that one.
I’ve never gone on quests to find Hidden Mickeys, but I always love it when I come across them.
Aside from that little one in the log, I’d have to say the one built into the brick style giraffe mural out back of the Animal Kingdom Lodge would be my next favorite.

Hey Rick
I love looking for hidden Mickeys. When we first enter our room, we look for hidden Mickeys. Do you know that there is a hidden Mickey in the nozzles of the robots in the Corrosive Chamber on Test Track. This is from http://www.wikipedia.org. I don’t know if it ture. I really don’t have a favorite hidden Mickey. See you next week.

I’ve been hunting Hidden Mickeys since my first trip to WDW.
And I look for them on every new or refurbished attraction sicne then.
I also find Hidden Mickey’s in my own home.
I really need a trip to WDW. 🙂
I really enjoy the Hidden Mickey on the Viking ship in the mural on the line for Malestrom.
I’m always delighted when I do find a new one.
Fun show, and I was lookimg throughthe entire video for a hidden mickey. Those two “wheels” seemed to be a start of one. LOL

Steve what would you classify as “off the beaten path” or strange hidden Mickey?

I look for Hidden Mickey’s everywhere!! I love Steve’s book, too. It has been so helpful in finding Hidden Mickey’s in Disney World. My favorite Hidden Mickey is in Spaceship Earth, with the sleeping monk. I like the laying down Mickey in the riverboat scene of Spash Mountain, too!
Thanks for another great show! I’m anxious to get the next edition of Steve’s book to have even more Mickey’s to search for.
Boy do I need a trip to Disney World!!

Hey Rick and Steve,
I enjoyed listening to you talk about Hidden Mickeys. I think I have seen one or two of them but I never realized that they are such a phenomomen (sp?)–until now. Listening to this video made me think about how much I would like to go to any Disney Park and just take my time looking at all of the unobvious Disney characteristics in the park. Here is a question for you both: Are there hidden Mickeys in Disneyland Paris? How about other Disney Parks throughout the world.
See you next week,
Bob

My fav hidden Mickey is the one in the RnRc pre show. We always try to hunt for hidden Mickeys, then get caught up in what we’re doing and forget too! I’ve been on Spaceship Earth many times and never noticed the on with the Monk, will have to look next time.
A friend I was with on last Jan trip pointed out a hidden tinkerbell to me in a rock.
