    Hey everyone!

Hope you enjoy our trip to Alaska, we had a blast. This was such a different kind of cruise and vacation for us, we’re not really used to snow, cold weather and the kind of scenery and ports we experienced!

We loved the ports and excursions in Skagway, Juneau and Ketchikan, and the day in Tracy Arm Fjord was one of the biggest highlights of the trip.

For more in depth of what we saw, what we did and what we thought about it all, check out the blog at http://rickstravelblog.com

Thanks again for watching and hope you have a great weekend!

How nice to meet your lovely wife, Leslie. What a great smile.
Very cool (pun intended) scenery on that cruise. I’m not a fan if cold weather, so I’d probably never see any of this in person.
I’ve never thought of having a favorite quote, but as a Disney fan I really like this one. “If you can dream it, you can do it.”

Thank you for showing us this cruise. I wanted to do this cruise with my husband next year for our 25 but we are going to go to the Bahama’s again on the Dream and celebrate our 25 and our youngest son’s gradutation from HS instead. Hope to get to do this cruise in the near future.

Hi Rick… one of your best videos… thanks

Such a relaxing way to start the weekend… great scenery, terrific music and of course the bubbly personality of Leslie. Hope you have her as a co-host again soon.

The sleigh bells made me revisit your 12 Days of Christmas series…. your all-time best video effort!! Now I’ve got to come to WDW in November to enjoy it all :-))

The quote that comes to mind when I watch you every week??.. “Different people change the world… Normal people keep it that way” Thanks for being one of the very special people who make a difference in the lives of others.

    cheers… dave

    Hi Rick and Welcome Leslie,
Thank you for the lovely Alaskan trip. Loved the logger show.

Oh boy Leslie I have so many quotes for different areas of my life.
I’m a retired teacher but I loved this quote by Henry B. Adams
” A teacher affects eternity;he can never tell where his influence stops.”

As a mother this is one of my favorite quotes:
Mothers hold their children’s hand for a short while, but their hearts
    forver.” – Anonymous

One more that was posted in my Catholic school classroom:
“What you are is God’s gift to you …..what you become is your gift to God.”
    Finally one by Walt Disney:
” Our Greatest Natural Resource Is the Mind of Our Children.”
( This was posted in the AM Adventure lobby at Epcot)

    Hey Rick
I really loved the Alsakian scenery. I hate the cold, so Alaska isn’t for me. But some day I will go on a Alaskan cruise. I will sail from Seattle. Vancuver would be nice, but I don’t want to go through the trouble on getting a passport. I don’t have a favorite quote. Sorry. See you next week.

    Hey Rick and Leslie,

That was a smooth and relaxing video. I had better add a Disney Alaska Cruise to my list of things that I want to do. It was wonderful to see you in the video Leslie. You add a soft touch. I hope you will join Rick in future videos.

I have heard a lot of quotes but what stays in my mind is a verse from the the bible: “Be still and know that I am God”.

    See you next week.

What a great video Rick and Leslie. Leslie you are just charming! I live in the snow belt of Ohio and I think that is is most snow I have ever seen. I wonder how they keep the tracks cleared off? I would also love to take this trip someday; it would be exciting to experience. Thank you so much for a wonderful peek at it. I think my favorite quote is: “The truth will set you free.” It has worked for me. Leslie we would love to see you on future videos.
    Thanks again!

Great show. It nice to meet your better half. My favorite Quote is: “Follow your dreams. You’ll never know where they my lead you.” I’am very glad you enjoyed Alaska. In the late seventies I was station at a little place on the North side of the Yukon River called Galena Air Force Station. from September to mid April there was nothing bout snow everywhere you looked. Some piles where as high as some two story buildings. Those where fun days with fond memories.I’am glad you enjoy Alaska. Be looking forward to your next show.

Just amazing, I’ve been singing about an Alaskan cruise forever around my house, this video may put my wife over on my side, she’s a beach girl! Great job Rick and beautiful Leslie, I know y’all made an awesome memory together. My favorite quote is from my main man Abraham Lincoln, “People are as happy as they make their minds up to be.” I’m happy TWR makes me smile, Life is Good!

So nice to meet Leslie! I went on an Alaskan Cruise about 10+ years ago. Loved it. We did the river raft trip past the Mendanhall Glacier!
I hope you had time to enjoy my town before or after your cruise!
This week it finally stopped raining here! We’ve had the coldest, wettest spring on record this year.

  14. My favorite quote is Uncle Walt’s “If you can dream it, you can do it”. Because it covers just about everything you can imagine in life.

I’ve always dreamed of going on an Alaskan Cruise, and I’m so excited that now I can do it with Disney! Thanks so much for sharing.
