Any place that serves Cheesecake!
That’s way too difficult. The chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwiches at the Main Street Bakery are definitely up there. So are the sundaes at Beaches and Cream.
A new favorite is the hot doughnuts with coffee ice cream at Jiko. I could probably name a dozen!
The meals are so good, I often don’t get dessert after dinner. Instead saving it for later as we walk. And while we stop by Mrs. Potts for good old fashioned soft-serve ice cream, nothing beats a churro for pure dessert perfection. The combination of the crunchy outside and almost gooey inside is simple but fantastic. Especially because you can enjoy it while taking in the sights and sounds of the Magic Kingdom.
I love the profiteroles au chocolat at Chefs de France
my favorite desert is key lime pie ala mode.great show have to try that restaurant the next time I get down to Disney World. Rick can you do Whispering Canyon Cafe. I real enjoy that restaurant. thanks for a great show.
Just found a new favorite dessert….the cheesecake with strawberries on top at the Hollywood Brown Derby at Disney’s Hollywood Studios! But I still love the ice cream at Ghiradellis!
YUMMY YUMMY IN MY TUMMY!!! Great looking and sounding food I am really hungry now. Favorite desserts so far has been all of the ones I’ve tried sorry can’t single one out cause they are all so GOOOOOOOD!!!!!!!
Thanks for the video will you please invent tasteavideo so we can enjoy it even more….
Thanks for another great video, Rick. My favorite dessert would have to be the Bananas Foster at Planet Hollywood. I usually eat a light meal just to save room for this dessert!
Thanks, Rick and Amanda for a great video of Sanaa. I really enjoy seeing some of the different places that I don’t normally get to visit when at the World.
As far as favorite desert, I have two that are “must have” during my visits. First is maple creme brulee at Le Cellier in the Canada Pavillion at Epcot. Second is the crema limone (lemon custard topped with fresh whipped cream and berries) at Mama Melrose’s in Hollywood Studio–it is so light and yummy–I would like to lick out the dish to get every last drop!!
Hey you two thanks for another GREAT week–ya all made me hungry (ok that doesnt take to much buttt) a great review!!!!!
I would have to say that any desert is a good one but a MUST have for me every trip is a MICKEY ice cream cone (chocolate) from Main Street so I can get my chocolate EARS!!
Linda Maxey ºoº
One of my favorites is the rainbow shaved ice in Epcot(Japan) and the red candied apples on Main Street. Loved to take one back to my room and enjoy the apples. Will be celebrating grandsons(twins) birthday in December. Have a Magical Day……
Thanks Rick and Amanda, Another great video. I always enjoy seeing Amanda in the videos. I thought I had eaten at Sanaa. But I realize now that it was Jiko’s. I odered a scallop dish that was too spicy for me. It tasted great going down but I got sick the next day and missed the whole day in the parks. Anyway, my favorite dessert in WDW–Epcot, the French Pavillion–anything from the bakery–usually chocolate and the Norwegian Pavillion–the fruit tart.
See you next week,
Thanks Rick and Amanda, I love the restaurant episodes as well, I just wish I could be there! I haven’t eaten at Sanaa, but I would love that cooking style and the spicy selections! My wife and I love the banana splits at The Plaza Restaurant! Y’all keep smilin’ and keep rockin’!
Thanks for another great video. I love Dole Whips or anything out of the bakery on Main Street in the Magic Kingdom
Hey Amanda and Rick,
Love to watch these videos and seeing other parts of the world that we normally don’t visit. Thanks.
Our favorite place to eat dessert is at O’hanas and their bread pudding with ice cream and the hot caramel sauce. I think that could be my main meal there when we visit.
Thanks again for the great video.
Great to see you back Amanda – Love having you and Rick together for the videos.
I am not a huge sweet fan, but the thing I always like to grab walking thru World Showcase is the Ginger or Red Bean Ice Cream in China. They taste more like Mocha and Cherry – LOL. Either way – it is very refreshing and is so cool to watch someone who has put up a fight to taste it, because of the name, all of a sudden realize they are great!
The home made ice cream sandwiches are my favorite.
Thanks for the video. I have really enjoyed all of your Kidani Village and Animal Kingdom Lodge posts, this isnt a place we ever go so I feel like I know what to expect if we do decide to stay there!
I only had 1 dessert at Walt Disney World. When we eat at a restruant, we never get dessert. I did have dol whip at the Polynesian. That is my favorite dessert so far.
We have enjoyed lots of desserts. Amongst the best were the “Volcano”, which we had at the Rainforest Cafe in Donwtown Disney, also the “Kitchen Sink” which we had in Beaches and Cream at the Yacht Club, just as the name suggests it had a bit of everything in it. Can’t wait to go back again.
Disney has some of the best deserts in the universe but the Zebra Domes in Boma are awesome.
Hi Rick and Amanda,
I just checked out this video since we were in NC last week.
I would have to say my favorite dessert at WDW would be the ice cream at
Beaches& Cream but I love the Peanut Butter Jelly milkshakes at 50’S Prime Time at DS too!
I’ve got a reservation here in October and this makes me so excited! Can’t wait for that bread and shrimp!
Im heading to Florida for about the millionth time in June, but have only just come across Sanaa and it looks amazing. I just wondered if anyone knows, do you have to be staying at Disney to eat there or can anyone go?
