I’m like you Rick, love the black forest ham … but I do get distracted with all the delicious sweets available. (Being on a diet and going to Disney is a bad idea!)

  7. That’s what I LOVE about Sunshine Seasons, there is something there for everyone! That strawberry cake you showed in the video is SOOO GOOD! They used to give you a giant piece, it’s smaller now but just as good! Ok, now I am hungry, lol. Thanks, Rick!

Sunshine Season’s is my absolute favorite food court in Walt Disney World. I love the grilled chicken caesar salad with a lemon muffin from the bakery!

My favorite deli sandwich is a reuben. Had a flatbread reuben at POP Century food court on my last trip that was excellent!!

Thanks Rick! Hope you had a great Adventure!!

    Rick,

Enjoyed the episode on Sunshine Seasons. We have eaten there numerous times over the years and seen its changes from its beginnings when Epcot opened (we lived in Kissimmee at the time) all the way up to today. What memories! My favorite deli sandwich is a ham and turkey sandwich on wheat, with mustard, mayonnaise, and lettuce. Can’t beat it.

They have a great turkey breast sandwich at the sandwich station as well. You might enjoy it if you like turkey sandwiches. Maybe I’ll try the ham you mentioned next time we’re there.

Is it just me, or has WDW food really improved over the last 10 years? Maybe I’m just getting older, but I’m really enjoying the food more now. Too bad it shows! LOL.

We really enjoy Sunshine Seasons also! We like to get our fastpasses for Soarin’ then grab a bite to eat then enjoy Living with the Land while waiting for our fastpass return time!

One of the best things about Sunshine Seasons is the diverse menue options! Regardless of what anybody in the group you are with, there is something for everyone! And yes the air conditioning is a welcome break from the Florida heat and humidity!

My favorite deli sandwich is an Italian with the works! Loving the vidcasts keep them coming!!!

    Hey Rick,

I enjoyed the video. Sunshine Seasons is a good place to go get out of the heat, cool down and have a refreshing meal. My favorite deli sandwich comes from the Safeway Deli. I don’t know if you have Safeway stores in Florida. My favorite sandwich comes with Primo Taglio Roast Beef and Horseradish Cheddar Cheese.

I hope you are having a great time in Costa Rica. I’m really looking forward to next weeks video. The Kali River Rapids is one of my favorite rides.

    See you next week.

Thanks for another fun video. For a multi-timer,like me,there is always a memory attached to where ever you are no matter where you go in Disney. The Sunshine Seasons Food Court is no exception. I can remember it before the renovation. The food was good then but the choices are so different it’s like a brand new restaurant. I’m really glad they left the hot air ballons flying high above the seating area. My favorite sandwich is Tuna salad.

Thanks again. Have a great time in Costa Rica

Not much of a sandwich eater. I do like bologna, probably one of the few that do. I also like hot sandwiches that come with mashed potatos.
Last time I was at Sunshine Seasons I had the Mongolian Ginger Beef from the Asian Station that was really good. I’m definitely trying that strawberry shortcake dessert next time.

    Rick,
Good profile on Sunshine Seasons. Too often I am rushing through the Land building to get Soarin’ fastpasses. Haven’t stopped to eat but it looks like we have to give it a try.

My favorite sandwich is a chicken BLT, which is basically a BLT with some breaded or grilled chicken added in. Of course, it is the bread that makes a great sandwich so it is cool that they have a bakery at Sunshine Seasons as well.

Another great episode. Favorite sandwich is the Holiday Turkey Sandwich at Earl Sandwich in Disney World’s Downtown Disney Marketplace. I know it is a seasonal sandwich. But, it is well worth the wait. Keep up the great videos!

Great information and video as always. We ate at Sunshine Seasons the last time my family and inlaws were in Epcot. The one main theme of the conversation was “Why can’t Disney do more quality counter service restaurants in Disney World like Sunshine Seasons?” Wouldn’t it be great if Disney management held every CS restaurant to these same high standards?

The people watching is also fun there.

Favorite sandwich has to be a Philly Cheesesteak. I know you it is not as healthy as others, but you did say “my favorite”.

Looking forward to more ride videos starting next week.

    Hey Rick,
Sunshine Seasons is also a family favorite for us because of the variety and quality of the variety – healthier options. My favorite items there are the rotisserie chicken and also te strawberry shortcake!

As far as sandwhich goes, I do like the black forest ham like you!

    Hey Rick,
I ate at the Land in Epcot. They make a mean creme brule. I never had creme brule before until last year. I had a sugar rush on my first bite. Thanks for a great video. My favorite sandwhich… its tied between Peanut butter and jelly or a cheeseburger. Looking forward to reliving Kali River Rapids. I was on it 3 times. I got soaked in 2007 and 2009. In 2005, I just got wet. In 2011 we chose not to ride it, because we didn’t want to walk around Animal Kingdom in wet clothing. Next trip to Disney is in 2013, 325 days to go. See you next week.

I prefer to eat breakfast there. You can get a very large breakfast and it counts as a quick service meal. Even if you are not on the dining plan, it is very economical and large enough you can even share it. The Seasons is a good choice anytime since there are so many choices. It is easy to please a large group.

I will have to remember that about the large breakfast. I will be there with a friend in October & we have been planning how to maximize the meal plan.

I LOVE everything at Sunshine Seasons. It is so roomy that even when it looks like you may have trouble getting a table, a bunch will pop up available. I have been to DisneyWorld 20+ times and I never miss Sunshine Seasons, Soaring or Listen to the Land. I LOVE IT ALL.

    Hi,
Found you on Twitter (You followed me). My husband and I absolutely love Disney and these videos look like they will be awesome and help us out plan our trips at Disney.
We actually went in May for our honeymoon but didn’t even see the Seasons eating area! And we were in the Soarin’ building. Must have been so excited for the ride we missed it haha.

    Thanks!

    Hi Rick,

I am so excited everytime I watch your videos….We have booked with Stacy (she works for you…lol)and we are heading on THe DIsney Dream and then to Disney world to the Polynesian. We are bringing new Disney converts who have never been to Disney or on a cruise of any kind before (shocking I know…lol) Keep up the great videos. Maybe do a few on some shore excursions on the 4 days cruise so we can see which ones seem to be the most appealing…Just a suggestion..
